Graduation Information

Our initial planning has begun for Graduation 2025.  This exciting occasion takes a great deal of planning time throughout the year.  We look forward to sharing updates with you as the year progresses.  All parents of graduates will be receiving the Graduation Information Booklet by Edsby.  Please let us know if you do not receive this booklet in your email. This is also attached above. Please ensure that you are able to access your Edsby account as this is how we will be sending out most information.

 

2025 Graduation Parent Committee Chair: Melissa McCullough

 

Graduation Photos- March 3-7 at Greenall Multi-Purpose Room. The sitting fee is $35 and must be paid at time of booking. Booking information will be sent out once the booking system is available. 

 

Graduation Fee- The graduation fee is $75 and is payable to Greenall High School through cash, cheque or e-transfer at the beginning of second semester. This includes: the rental of the facility, the cost of a graduation cap & tassel that students keep and photographer for the event. The office will be accepting e-transfer [email protected] in the memo please put: student name grad fees or cheque.

 

Graduation Day:  Grad is booked for Monday, June 30th @ 1:00PM at the Capital Auto Theatre at the Conexus Arts Centre. Grads would be expected to arrive by 12:30 PM.  This event is formal as we do NOT rent gowns.  The graduation ceremony is approximately 2 hours in length. The Parent Grad Committee will be organizing an event following the ceremony.  More information regarding this can be obtained by contacting the school for the organizing committee's contact information.
